Advantages: 1) One of the biggest advantage of having property in Marathahalli is the close proximity to the Outer Ring Road.

2) Marathahalli is one of the residential hot spot in Bangalore

3) Many people prefer Marathahalli than Whitefield because of the affordable property price

Disadvantages: 1) Residents mostly depends on water tankers, in spite of having water supply.

2) Marathahalli roads are well developed but the safety for pedestrians is not kept in mind.

3) No proper street lights are there in Marathahalli.

Yes the project has got approvals from BBMP and the rate per sqgy they are quoting is Rs 5300. They have already started with the handover process.

Banks like Corporation bank, Axis, HDFC, SBI and LIC has approved the project.

Outer Ring Road is a thriving realty market for developers and investors. The demand for office space along this stretch has remained high owing to the proximity to residential catchments and availability of quality office real estate products. Corporates continue to prefer ORR since ORR is easily accessible from employee residential areas and its connectivity to the various SEZs and IT parks along the stretch.

With improved connectivity and availability of land, there is much demand for development of residential clusters along the ORR. The ORR is on the path of becoming a self-sustained residential location.
