Hi what is the current price of the 2 and 3 BHK . including the registration and stamp duty charges.

Hey,

The Future Towers are well connected by adequate modes of transport and is close to IT hub like Hadapsar and Magarpatta city which are barely 3-4 kms from Amanora Future Towers. Looks like good location and place for those planning to buy a property here.

Amanora Future Towers are offering excellent amenities like Wifi connection, gym, spa, swimming pool, piped gas supply, dry terrace with provision for washing machine and dishwasher, Intercom facility, 24 hrs power back up, well designed entrance lobby, jogging track, well designed landscaping and loads of other amenities. As far as the prices are concerned looks ok, becoz they are providing many amenities and it a mini township with ATM's, banks, hospital, supermarket within the township.

Hi Saurav,

The price for 2 BHK's cost Rs 95 lakhs which includes registration and stamp duty charges. The project was launched in year 2011.

Hello,

Called the builder and they are quoting Rs 5700 sqft for back view and Rs 5900 per sqft for front view. 80% of work completed and possession will likely by Dec 2015.
