How about the price and units ?? How many BHKs are they offering and also tell me about the payment plans.. Did they start the construction or yet they are struggling for the approvals??
As per my knowledge they have housing choices like 2 BHK and 3 BHK. The size varies from 1700 – 15000 sq ft. Yes they have decided over the price, he price range across all from Rs 85 lac and goes up to Rs. 8 crore. This is a luxury segment project and they are targeting, the age group of 30-50 years. They are all top-notch businessmen and professionals from various industries. Hence the demand of the units are also good! Yet to come up with the payment plans and they have not started the construction of the project.
Hmmm i like the project, just confused about should i go investment purpose or take the unit as an end use purpose! Because the project is a luxury project and created in the French way with lots of amenities like furnished balconies, private water bodies, modular kitchen with ur design. Any experts to advice! about investment or end use~~!!
Heya Yogesh the project is yet to get launched and they said it will take around 3 to 4 months for the project to get launched. About the connectivity of the project , it is aptly located in Sector 62 and the residents can access roads like:
# NH8 which is 5 km from the project. # Gurgaon Faridabad Road which is hardly 10 min. # South Delhi will get connected through Golf Course Extension Road. # Delhi Airport 30 min.
The project has good connectivity, you do not have to worry about that.... :)
