Sholinganallur water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department (PWD). The electricity supply in Sholinganallur is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB). This place has good water supply without electricity problem.

Do you have any idea how to do negotiations with the builder ?? How is the electricity and water supply here ?

You can ask for a discount or negotiate with the builder if the apartment is a pre-launched one. You can negotiate with the builder if sale of these apartments is slow. You can negotiate if there are only few apartments left. You can join a group buying portal that brings buyers together for bulk deals and your chances of getting a discount may increase instantly.

Hello Viswanathan, the current price per sq ft will be around Rs 6,000. The price for 1bhk is around Rs 42.96 Lacs for 667 - 716 sq ft.

@Vasanth: The completion date will be by october 2015. Yes after one year you can be prepared for shifting as the date is around oct 2015.
