Now tell me .. can owner sell Ittina flat ? can it be transferred to new buyer ? Absolutely NOT !!!

EC Phase I is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I. But if you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. Once the proposed PRR gets functional you can expect a good return from Phase II.

Hello Madam, I can come to see the apartment but rate is very high. Now real-estate market is falling.. this price you mentioned is too high. 3 BHK near to electronic city should be Rs 30 Lac.. not more.
FLoor plan of SLV Nice view, Bangalore is very bad. Lift is next to master bedroom and kitchen is far-end of the apartment. Also, kitchen has been given corner place which is not good as per "vaastu shastra", Kitchen needs to be near to entrance so that we need not carry vegetables all the though the house.
