Q:Till date Ittina Mahavir property has not been handed over to the association by the builder. The association is just handling day-to-day needs on a temporary basisConveyance of the property cannot be done from builder as the builder is no more and the family members (Minu Ittina) also committing suicide in 2014. Legal status in now very doubtful as bank loans are not paid by builder and nothing handed over to Ittina Property staff. Nobody knows what is going on !!! Q:Criminals and goons are ruling here.. carwashing is dominated by a local goon / rowdy who takes money but does not wash the vehicle.. just puts some water. Milk service comes at morning 5 AM only to entrance of building which is 500 meters from end of building and sells for 10 - 15 minutes only which creates stampede and more demand during that time... also he has increased the price to more than mall price.

On trying to sell the apartment, flat owner was told by the Gram Panchayat office to bring the following documents:
1.Copy of Sale deed
2.Sanction plan approved by Competent authority
3.Building Photo (Colour)
4.Conversion cost certificate certified by Deputy Commissioner
5.Occupancy certificate issued by competent authority
6.Photo of Owner
7. ID proof: Voter ID, PAN card, Ration Card, AAdhar card
8.Previous Khata Zerox
9. Plan Order from BDA/BBMP
Now tell me .. can owner sell Ittina flat ? - Where the owner can get these documents from ? Builder also is not co-operating.
Q:Ittina Mahavir review / Ittina Mahaveer review:1. Ittina builder packing off from the Ittina Mahavir site.2. Ittina sold a few apartments @ Rs 2200 rate in Feb 2014 (obviously without even tap fittings, without water connection, without Electricity connection) - anyone can speak to Mr Suresh from Ittina Sales & marketing team3. Water supply has become a major issue even with 30% residents staying in the building... imaging what will happen when it is fully populated 4. heard still an issue with dual mortgage of teh property (Punjab National Bank and CanBank) it seems they are still keeping quiet till the last few properties are sold by the builder, then there will be more misery to residents once they make their claim.Ittina Mahavir apartment is OK for rental but not for purchase.
