2 BHK has an area of 1096 sqft and the price is 71.24 lakhs whereas 3 BHK has an area of 1414 sqft and the price is Rs. 91.91 lakhs. They are quoting Rs. 6500 per sqft. Also the flats comes with superb amenities like garden, intercom, club house, 24 hrs power backup, gym, swimming pool etc.

Kharghar is turning out to be one of the hot property destination where many builders have already launched their projects successfully and builders are coming up with their upcoming projects. Vashi has reached a saturation point where there is not much scope for land getting appreciated. On the other hand Kharghar is an excellent choice for booking a property as rates are quite competitive. Since the demand is more for flats in Kharghar, many prime builders are coming up with posh 2 & 3 BHK units. As there is wider scope for appreciation with regard to land value, I suggest investing in a property in Kharghar makes more sense than investing in Vashi or some other locality.

I have heard that Tricity Pristine has 2 & 3 BHK units within a budget of 1 crore. I have also booked a 2 BHK flat in Tricity Pristine. Spoke to executive and said possession likely by Jun 2015. Visited one of their sample flat and found it to be impressive with elegant features.
