Whereas if you are looking for house in Alcon Silverleaf, there is no doubt that appreciation will happen, but it will take some years since the locality is still upcoming.

Let me tell you one thing that you have to compromise somewhere between the locality and area of the flat. If you are looking to buy property in posh locality like Karadi then go for it irrespective of what area the flat is having. On the other hand if you are looking for bigger flat in Keshnagar, then book at Alcon Silverleaf which is generally occupied by middle and upper middle class society. The choice is yours.

Hey, I trully agree with you that with close proximity to airport and several IT hubs, Galaxy One is the most preferred location for home seekers as this locality has been the front-runner in the appreciation race in Pune real estate market. Also heard that their flats offer more natural view and have more greener surroundings.
First of all you havent mentioned the specification like are you looking for 2 or 3 BHK apartment in Karadi Galaxy or Alcon Silverleaf and what is your budget criteria?? Kindly specify about your requirements. Looks to me both are ok and have their pros and cons.
My budget is around 65-67 lacks and looking for 2 BHK. I am looking flat for self use and confusion is Alcon silverleaf, Keshav nagar provide good specious 2 BHK however, Galaxy one is smaller one but not sure about Keshavnagar area.
So should I compromise on flat sq. area and look for good area (Kharadi) or it's fine to have flat at keshavnagar.
