Can any one note down the connectivity of the project?? I need to know about the roads and metros! I have to travel to delhi every day thats y!

Hi Suhail yes the price has got revised and right now the price is Rs 4400 per sq ft as the BSP . You have to pay the parking charges and maintenance charges separately. The price is quite good ,construction is going on in full swing and the project will be completed by 2015 end !

Hi Neha the project in Gurgaon ranges from luxurious to simple, from fully furnished to non-furnished and from 2bhk to 4bhk. The size they are offering ranges between 2556-3890 sq ft. You are right, this is one of the best project by ERA. Importantly you will at least 25% appreciation till the time of possession.
