I have booked a unit in prime Boulevard project in April 2014. The project was to launch in May 2104. Till date there is no news on the start of construction, neither has the builder contacted its customers for delay. Anyone knows what's the status , or should we claim the refund. is the project got shelved due to red tapism , if yes whether it is likely to come out of it and by when?
Hi Anand, As per my knowledge, this Jaura Prime Boulevard is developed by Jaura Infra-tech Pvt Ltd. This project is located in Sector-86, Noida, which is one of the prime residential location with decent environment. This project offers 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK apartment , area ranging from 618 sq-ft to 1411 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4000/sq-ft. Construction work is on full swing, expected possession is around Jun 2017.
All land in Noida is leasehold and there is no freehold provision in the district. However, Federation of Noida RWAs (FONRWA) have been demanding for long that the land ownership in the city is converted from ‘leasehold’ to ‘freehold’. but currently, land is allotted on lease for 90 years in Noida-Greater Noida.
