He Neel the club membership you have to pay Is Rs 50,000 ! And Hritwik about possession the builder has given an expected date that is end of 2017.. or so,, So we have to wait for the project to start for the final date!

Gusy any idea bout the possession of the project, yes i know the project is in pre launch but there must be an expected date. Kindly share that!

Which are the banks that have approved the project?? And what is the club membership charge they are quoting?

Yes the project is approved from the concerned authority and also banks like SBI, India Bulls, Allahabad bank are in the verge of approving the project! you can take 80 % home loan from them!

Hi, may i know what is the approachability of the project. Also let me know as it was mentioned that the area is not developed.. when can we expect the place area to be livable!

The project is well connected with other NCR areas . It is just 5 min from Sector 18 where you have GIP mall and many commercial shops and food joints, The area is a developing area, Schools and major colleges are building up! So till the project is ready the area will also get developed!

Hi Aloke this project is in pre launch. They are launching 6 towers, where 4 of the towers will be of g+8 and rest two towers will be of g+6. For end the project will need time to develop, as the sector is not yet livable ! Need around 4 years!

Yes the project is very good and has luxurious features in the convenience of 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments in around 3.5 acre of free hold land with the planned area from 618 Sq. Ft. to 1428 sq ft.The builder is also renounced and popular builder . Hence there is no doubt about the brand! They are quoting Rs 4000+ EDC.
