Q: Have narrowed down a property which is roughly 7 years old. The property is from Nayati Group in Mohamad wadi area of Pune. The property is 2 BHK with an area around 1200 SQFT. Would like to know what should be approximate value + Other charges? It would be helpful if you can share important points which i need to take care while purchasing such a property?
