Anyone booked a flat in Prabhavati Bliss 2

Q: Hi All,

I am looking to book a flat in Prabhavati Bliss 2. I have read many negative reviews about this Builder. Please let me know your experience with this builder.

Prabhavathi Bliss II is a new launched project located at Begur road- Mico layout off to Hosur road. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with all the modern amenities. The expected possession date of the project end of 2015 and the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3200. Prabhavathi Bliss II is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like SBI, Andhra and Corporation bank.
