Hi, project is almost completed and ready to get possession in may - june 2015. Project is almost sold out few unit is available . current market price for this project is around 20 to 48 lac depending upon the size of unit.
Hi, I am also planning to book Adroit C block after reviewing this forum.. Just a little worried about the non progress of work and actual delivery date as little work has been completed at site for such a huge project which started last year. Plus the rate quoted is only 150 (3150) more since last year when it was 2999. Are these valid indicators not to buy ?
Hi Praneetha, I booked one flat there since I liked the location and the property. The apartments have great amenities and are featured as earth-friendly apartments. They enable energy consumption and reduce heat. In the coming years, where energy is a main concern, these flats are a good choice. It’s also accessible from OMR, ECR and other IT hubs. Price is less when compared to other builders in the area. Location wise, it’s quiet and serene. Also I feel it is worth to pay extra money for corner flats as it provides more ventilation or open space.
Hi All , I bought 2BHK in adroit district s. Before booking the flat, check with builder regarding, rain water is coming inside via window and balcony in all the flats. Still they are not rectified this rain issue. Window slide doors are very poor .
The location of this property is amazing because its only a few minutes away from any necessities for entertainment and the best thing about it is the level of ground water is so high there will be NO water problems even with the water scarcity in city. Like it has been said earlier, it seems to be a convenient location for families and bachelors, especially IT professionals.
Navalur is a nice place for families and bachelors to stay. All the IT parks are nearby so IT professional can really look forward to it. Besides the locality is good, calm and nice. the roads are OK, but its being put. The water facilities are good. AGS theatre is nearby and so the entertainment needs are taken care by it.

Avalur is very clean locality in OMR and property is located very close to the Navalur toll booth. It is very safe and very close to the back waters. There is abundant light and water supply. Malls and school are coming up. Very close to IT offices of TCS and cognizant.
