Hello Praveen,

Yes you can also look out for investing in a property in Ulwe too as the place is near to Navi Mumbai and is gradually developing both residentially and commercially. The locality comes under CIDCO and is most preferred location to live after Vashi as it has attracted many buyers as well as builders. Factors like proposed International Airport and Metro connectivity have left a strong impact on the land rates in Ulwe in recent times. According to me Ulwe seems to be an ideal place to invest in a property taking into consideration all the factors.

Yeah Ravi I totally agree with you in this aspect. Since Ulwe is just 6 miles from Panvel and close proximity from Kharghar and Vashi it is turning out to be one of the fastest emerging locality in this part of the Mumbai city. With good connectivity by road , rail and sea, Ulwe definitely has more scope for property appreciation in coming years.

Hi Vinay,

You said that you want to buy a 2 BHK flat in Dombivali but you have not mentioned in which part of Dombivali are you looking for, whether Dombivali East or Dombivali West since many residential projects are coming up in the east as well in the west Dombivali.

Dombivali is a good locality to buy a house or invest in a property as the locality is showing good signs of price rise in recent times. Many people are preferring Dombivali as staying destination because the prices are affordable and have not reached sky high. It is mostly preferred by middle and upper middle income group. Due to good connectivity by road and rail mode of transport, Dombivali is emerging as one of the leading property destination in current times.

Pranam Nitin,

Are you looking forward to buy a house or a flat in Ulwe or Dombivali for investment purpose since you have not mentioned the criteria of your choice. According to me both the localities are good for property investment but I suggest that Dombivali is the most preferred choice than Ulwe since it is much better developed in terms of civic infrastructure and connectivity.
Sankalp

Ulwe is still a developing area and not fully developed with regard to social amenities, civic amenities and infrastructure are concerned. Whereas Dombivali is fast developing locality in north Mumbai with good infrastructure facility, good amenities and connectivity. I think investing in a property in Dombivali makes more sense than investing in Ulwe, because Ulwe may take some time to develop in all respects.
