Q: hello, when the project will start? I am waiting since last 2-3 years and I am very positive about this project. I heard there were some prob but now everuthing is solved and soon the project will start. Pls send a lates update on this.

Hey Jerome.

As far the Mira Road locality is concerned, it is a good area to buy a property in this locality as prices are booming in recent times. Moreover Mumbai being getting crowded and saturated, many locals are targeting to move towards Mira Road as living destination. Mira Road is well connected by road as well as rail mode of transport. BEST buses ply from this area to different localities in Mumbai. Mira Road also has a railway station which serves as the last terminal station for Mumbai suburban local trains. Besides taxis and autos form the other mode of local transport. I have been living in Mira Road for last several years and I must admit that civic amenities in this locality is excellent in terms of roads and drainage is concerned.

Yeah Jerome, I agree with you about the civic amenities and infrastructure available in Mira Road. This locality has far better civic and infrastructure services as compared to its neighboring localities like Bhayander and Vasai. All the streets are tarred and potholes have been filled after recent monsoon. The area does not face any water problem or power cut when compared to other localities.

Hello Ashish,

Actually they are quoting Rs. 5500 per sqft and the amenities include intercom, landscape garden, club house, community hall, 24 hrs power backup, RWH, multipurpose gym and children play area. Spoke with one of the executive and got the details that possession of the project is likely by Dec 2015.

The latest update is that construction work has already been commenced and work is going on in full swing. Gaurav Eden is one of the projects developed by Ravi Group which is located in Mira Road. Gaurav Eden has 1 BHK units ranging from 630 sqft to 680 sqft and price range from 34 lakhs onwards.
