in that area, no road, no electricity, no water, decision is urs .. people who already took flat are in pathetic condition .. dont buy flat there .. if u come through that road u will see the condition .. situation will be like that only in future .. its a disputed land .. issue is in court .. so dnt think road will come . it will never come
i visited meadows i found all standard companies materials ,LIFT is SCHINDLER AUTOMATIC brand Which is very expensive i satisfied with the quality of material used for construction for me builder looks trustworthy
You seem be builder's person. No body is satisfied with the quality. If you really are a resident, post this comment to resident owner's group or facebook page. We will be happy to know that atleast one resident is satisfied with this worthless builder.
hi anybody checked quality and specifications of his previous projects he is telling in iwoods they are giving standard fittings like jaguar,parryware for toilets, anchor modeler switches [ROMA] vitrified tiles flooring,asian emulsion paints and also they left 1.75 acres free space in the project for all amenities and play areas.i visited model flat it looks good
hi, i booked a flat in sonestaa i woods,verified all legal documents with a reputed advocate he has given legal clearance i approached to LIC for loan.is anybody approached to LIC?
Construction quality is very poor. You will see cracks at every wall and ceiling even before you move in. The management is completely unorganized. No body is there to monitor the quality of work. For every small work you will have to run behind the workers and sometimes even pay them separately. Worst part is that builder will not communicate ever over email except for demanding installment amount. They will eventually stop receiving the calls and you will have to personally be present and beg the so called supervisors to complete your work.
Do not invest in Sonestaa Meadows/Silveroak or in any other projects at Thubarahhali Extended Road, e.g Ashish JK, Charitha Greenwood etc. The road is very narrow (less than 8 ft wide) and not motorable at all. All the flat owners are right now trapped since none of the builders are trying to solve the road issue. Even the govt authorities including BBMP are not helping to get the so called "40 ft" road. The possession has to be postponed indefinitely because large vehicles are not able to go inside.

I am planning to visit the site this weekend but before that I want to know but before that I want to know about the approvals, possession date and locality.
The project is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like SBI and LIC Housing Finance. Sonestaa Silver Oak is under construction and the estimated possession is by 2014 mid. :) :)
Property price is increasing in this area so I feel it will be a wise decision if you are investing in this project and locality. :) :)
Do not buy any of sonestaa builder project. Construction quality is very bad. Cracks in almost all the apartment with no solution. Road is just 8 ft wide. You need to run behind labour for any small work and most of the time you need to pay extra for the work which is on top of your apartment cost. Superwiser is totally non cooperative and they dont have any timeline for any work. All the owners of the apartment are on the mercy of builder.
