For your kind information, I am living in Ghodbunder Road for last 5 years and the civic amenities I have come across are good. The locality is well connected, have good roads and adequate drainage system. Roads are wide and tarred and are well lit. Currently Ghodbunder Road is witnessing a 3% appreciation in property value. Since the project is located at Kasaradavali which is off Ghodbunder Road, the price trend remains unchanged. Looks like the scope is good in future for those who are looking for investing in property at Kasaradavli in Thane west as they can get their money's worth.
Want to know how good is the civic amenities in this locality. What about the price trend the area is witnessing and will there be any scope for price appreciation as I have plan of booking a flat at Square Feet Ace Square.
Actually the rate they are saying is Rs.43 lac for 1 BHK and the prices are negotiable.The rate they are quoting per sqft is Rs. 6500. The project is being approved by MHADA and all leading banks like ICICI, India Bulls, HDFC, LIC Housing Finance have approved for loans.

I too came across about Square Feet Ace Square which is an ongoing project coming up at Kasaradavali in Thane west. Got in touch with the executive and said that the work is going on in full swing and Phase I is expected to complete by Dec 2017. The project is well connected by road and rail mode of transport. It is just off popular Ghodbunder Road and barely 5 kms from Thane station. It is also near to several good schools, hospitals, colleges and markets.
Heard that there is a project byname Square Feet Ace Square coming up in Kasaradavali in Thane West. Want to know the current status of the project and connectivity. Will somebody help me out with this issue???
Since you have said that you are keen on investing in a property in Thane west, you can look for localities like Majiwada, Patlipada, Ghodbunder Road and Pokhran Road. As these areas are showing sure signs of price appreciation I think you should invest in property in these localities. Due to recent boom in real estate segment, these are the prime localities that are witnessing a significant price trend in recent times.
Yup I agree with you Mr Abhishek. Heard that localities such as Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, Majiwada and Pokhran Road are booming with good appreciation. Interesting to know that the prices jumped by 25% in Pokhran Road, 16% in Majiwada, 6% in Patlipada and by 3% in Ghodbunder Road. Excellent investment option!!!!!!!
