Latest Answer: Hi Shantanu, Did you know that reputed builder Lodha Group just offered pricing around Rs. 22,000 per sqft for their project in Lower Parel when other ready to move in were charging about Rs. 30,000. I think this was just to stay in the game and overcome cut throat competition from its rival group.

Q: Planning to book a 2 BHK flat in SD Bhalerao. Has the project taken off??
Latest Answer: The area Vartak Nagar is old settlement of MIG & LIG folks for past say 35-40 yrs - the social infra is quite good and location is strategic too. You need to be careful while investing in MHADA re-development properties as it takes anything from 18 months to 36 months for the construction to commence and later if the builder is not financially able then the project gets slowed down.

Latest Answer: The project is itself within a township and enjoys all basic amenities like super markets, banks, pharmacy stores etc. It is at close proximity to Hiranandani Business Park, reputed schools, colleges, Cinemax, Wonder Mall, close to retail food outlets like dominos, Pizza hut etc and is just 30 min drive from Thane station.

Q: Can somebody share some details about Lodha Splendora like units available, rate, possession???
Latest Answer: You are right Deepankar, But 1/2 BHK residences was available for limited time period i.e. 17th January'2015. Now only 2/3BHk are available for booking. A 2BHK in 1206 sq-ft will cost to you Rs. 84.33 lacs onward. This project is under construction and expected to be completed by December'2017.
