@Pranab: The project is located in Poonamalle. Poonamallee is very fast developing area due to the latest connectivity to outer ring road, bus depot, share auto's frequency, proposed mono rail and reputed textiles outlets etc., Midst of Mangadu Temple and Thirumazhisai Satellite Town Ship.

@Pranab: No, they are not proving any discounts as the prices are fixed. The expected completion date will be by dec 2014.

Hello Priya, the completion date will be by dec 2014. The units such as 2bhk for 552 for around Rs 20 lakhs onwards , 2bhk for 832 to 1275 sq ft would be around Rs 50 lakhs. , for 2.5 bhk it would be 1299 to 1403 sq ft , and 3bhk for 1487 sq ft for around 60 lakhs.
