If you are looking for some residential flats in Bhiwadi. Yes there are good residential flats of MVL in the Bhiwadi. If you do not already own a house and want to buy one for own use / self occupation, anytime is the right time to buy a residential flat, and if you can afford and financially ready, it is eminently advisable to buy one right now. I know about he MVL builders. I just have move in one of the project name 'the Coral'. I like the residential that they have made. It is very good and has use the very good quality of products. Also the flat is well furnished with very good space. They also have some new projects coming up 'The Palms' and 'IndiHomes' they are also going to be very much rich in quality and lifestyle.

The trend is now in a balanced stage with both plots and apartments seeing quite popularity and an expected double price growth in the next 2-3 years.
Bhiwadi is good as short term investment as of now, but can be put as a end use area in 2-3 years time. All the advanced infrastructure is in a developing stage and is expected to be complete in 2-3 years time.
Bhiwadi has become one among the largest industrial hubs with an area of 5,300 acres that houses around 2,700 big, medium and small scale industries. Dharuhera which is just 5 kms away has factories of Hero motocorp, Lumax, Amul, Indian oil corporation, delphi etc, Chopanki and Bawal are the areas inside bhiwadi that has industries and so is the Bhiwadi -Neemrana route. Khushkhera which is 20kms is another popular industrial hub.
What about the social infrastructure of the area? What school and colleges are located there? what about the health care facilities and connectivity of the area ?
Bhiwadi has a good number of shopping malls, cineplexes, hospitals and schools of repute.
Schools like St.Xaviers school, Modern public school, Shemrock play schools, presidency- the international school, Holy faith public school, Rose petals convent school, Mothers Pride are just some of the names that are located in a 5-7 kms radius.
DPS also has a branch in Rewari which is 12 kms away from here.
Many hospitals are here concentrated near to the Rajasthan housing board colony like the
*Government referral hospital,
*ESI hospital,
*city nursing home,
*navjeevan hospital etc .
Santhigiri ayurveda and siddha hospital is also located in Bhiwadi.
**SBI, Axis bank, Canara bank, HDFC, IDBI all have their branches in and around the Bhiwadi bypass road.
There is no college inside Bhiwadi but the Gurgaon college of Engineering is just 11 kms away and within a 10km radius is the Government college and Rao lal singh college.
Bhiwadi is just 6 kms away on NH8 and from the industrial hub of Dharuhera where there is the office of Amul, lumax, Hero motocorp etc. Its just an half an hour drive of around 30 kms from IMT Manesar, sohna is 25 kms away while Gurgaon is 42 kms away. Thanks to the NH8 reaching Gurgaon is not a very bad experience at all. Bhiwadi is expected to get quite a boost with the Delhi Mumbai industrial corridor and the KMP expressway, railway corridor, japanese corridor etc...
It is well connected with many local buses and inter state buses passing through the area on the Delhi-Alwar road The international airport is 55 kms away while Rewari which is 25 kms away is the nearest railway station.
Majority of the projects here are township or gated communities which has its own security system and measures. Ground water is used and there is not much electricity woes also. the power grid is nearby and the Government of Rajasthan is showing special interest in the area.
Hi Pramela, Bhiwadi is a small town in Alwar district of Rajasthan that is also part of the NCR region. The place is quite strategically located close to Gurgaon and Delhi with good approachability in the form of NH8 that is 4 kms away. There are many reputed real estate groups with land in the area and both residential apartments and plots are good investment options.
Pramela, you can go for 1/2 /3 BHKs that start with prices at 19 lakhs for 2 BHKS and 30 lakh for 3 BHKS in township projects that has all facilities inside the apartment complex. or you can invest in plots with as less as 5 lakh rupees onwards. It will depend on your budget , but is quite the time to invest here and prices are expected to increase many folds over time. Bhiwadi is expected to double the investment in 2-3 years time.
