Yes, Bhiwadi is a better option than Neemrana and has become investment destination these days because of improved connectivity and proper industrialization. It is well connected to NH-8. NHAI has also planned to built 14 road across this belt which will cut down travel time. The stretch would be expected to expand to 8-lanes and the connectivity of Delhi metro to Rewari, Alwar and these regions is expected in the near future. These transformations are really growth prospects for Bhiwadi to grow as residential as well as industrial hubs. But choices of project should be your own decision. So, visit the project site and check all the approvals, location benefits, transport facilities in the locality and then move further.

For investment purpose I would prefer you to go for Bhiwadi as it will give you good returns in long term, majorly because the ticket size is affordable and buyer base is wide. It offers better facilities at affordable prices to the middle class people in comparison to Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad. This region has a lot of scope to develop its real estate potential but you should not expect any returns for another 2-3 years or so because overall the re-sale market in Delhi NCR and for that matter.

If you are wiling to invest in Bhiwadi from investment purpose only, then you should definitely invest in the upcoming property known as indihomes by MVL Group. I am suggesting you to invest here is because:

- The house rates are very low ( upto 20 lacs )
- They have recreational zones in such low prices
- The infrastructure is very good
- Services along with it are great!
- By the time, the houses will be ready for possession, rates will increase and you can sale it out at good profit.

Hi Aditya,
Almost all projects of MVL Group is delayed by 1-2 years. MVL Palms located at Alwar Bypass Road, Bhiwadi is another delay project of this builder. and those who have booked in the year 2013 are still waiting for their flat possession. At the same time, lot's of fraud cases have been filed by the buyers of MVL Coral, MVL Palms and IndiHomes in local police station and consumer forum.
