I think MVL has had bad reputation in the past but that does not mean that their projects are not good, I have invested in The palms of MVL Group, I can totally say they are genuine and you can invest in it.
I have visited the site personally and haven't found anything mentioned in the above comments. I have contacted the builder and they have shown me the possession and development plan, it looks interesting for future investment still any updated feedback is still welcomed.

Similarly, MVL Palms by MVL Limited located at Alwar Bypass Road, Bhiwadi is offering 1,2, and 3BHK residential flats. Sizes of 1BHK is 604, for 2BHK in 881 sq-ft. while 3BHK in 1260 sq-ft. and its current rate quoted by the developer is Rs.2800/sq-ft. A 1BHK price will be Rs.16.91L onward, for 2BHK, it will be Rs.24.66L onward and for 3BHK, it will be Rs.35.28L onward. This project is under construction and ready-to-move by December'2017. This is also a delay project and those who have booked in the year 2013 are still waiting for their flat possession.
So, i would like to suggest you that stay away from this builder project as their all projects are delayed by 1-2 years. At the same time, lot's of fraud cases have been filed by the buyers of MVL Coral, MVL Palms and Indihomes.
Hi friends!! I visited the project site 10 days back and i found 8-10 workers are working in Tower-C. It seems to me that they might have plan to give possesion of Tower-C first. If you got any latest news please share with us. Thanks
Hi Raj, I am not agree with you and those in fact these can be used as an evidence for false and exaggerated claims to trap gullible buyers. These things will not work. If MVL Ltd. has good intentions to get this project authorized then they have to show it on grounds. And it is also came to know that HDFC Bank which has started disbursement of home loan for MVL Palms has also stopped the disbursement because construction is not yet started.

And i request all buyers and investors of their projects (Coral, Indihomes, The palms) to join hands and file a case against the MVL Ltd.for cheating innocent buyers and investors as now-a-days court has given many decisions in favor of investors and buyers and against the builders and if we will join hands then the case will more stronger instead of filing case individually. Hi Vikas, Indihomes by MVL Group, located at Tapukara, Bhiwadi. It offers 2 and 3 BHK spacious flats. Sizes of 2BHK are available in 834 sq-ft. while 3BHK in 964 sq-ft. It's current price quoted by the developer is Rs.3000/sq-ft. A 2BHK flat cost will be Rs. 25.02L onward while for 3BHK, it will be Rs.28.92L onward. But i would like to tell you that this project is delayed by 1 yrs and lot's of negative comments on builder as well as on project. So, better check all the legal approvals and do all your due diligence before booking your unit in this project.
Hi Karunakar, I am agree with you and at the same time, i can understand your problem. But don't you will receive your possession for sure on the postponed date. The new date of possession is November 26, 2016. I am living in the Coral residential flats by MVL. They may take some time but will deliver to you the possession for sure.
