Well Krish, the Rs 350 crore project spread over a 57-acre campus will consists 1,000 residential units, which would be launched in two phases. The size of two, 2.5 and three BHK villas will range between 2,000 and 2,400 sq ft. These units will be priced between Rs 70 lakh and Rs 96 lakh.
