Having its Head Office at Kolkata, the Group had successfully developed and constructed a number of large and small projects of housing, commercial complexes and urban infrastructure in Kolkata and also in other district towns of West Bengal under the name and style of Shelter Projects Limited. In Kolkata the developer has deliver several other projects like Bengal Shelter Anandadhara and Bengal Shelter Akansha. The project is under construction phase.
Spoke to the executive and got to know that the possession would be around next year end. There are many bankers who are providing loan few of them are UBI, IDBI, ICICI, HSBC etc.

What about the infrastructural development in South Central Kolkata? Can you also provide me the current and average land price in this locality? How much dividend one will reap if he/she invest in this locality?

Well, As per as my knowledge is concern, Kasba became more than just a passing area and stopover for a whole section of people taking the E.M. Bypass from Ballygunge and the whole south Kolkata. Cheap availability of land, closeness to the major business areas of the flourishing southern part of the city and excellent travelling facilities put together taking this once unstable area to being one of the most economically practical and visible parts of the city. Average Land Price is Rs 3800 per sq ft . Average Apartment Prices in this locality range from Rs 3000 per sq ft to Rs 5000 per sq ft. Major Builders in this area are Super Group, Orion Group and PN Enterprises. The Growth in this area is 5 to 10% q-o-q. it would be profitable for a long term invester.

Kasba is a suburban area of the city of Kolkata, India. It is situated in the southern part of the city surrounded by the Sealdah South section of the Eastern Railways to the West, Dhakuria and Haltu to the South, the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass to the East and the locality of Tiljala to the North. It takes around 3 to 5 mins both from Gariahat and Bypass.
