Hi Prasad, No need to worry about approvals. As per my conversation with builder executive, I got know, this project is GNIDA approved. Major banks like Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank, Indiabulls are approving loans for this project.
@prasad, As per my knowledge, payment plan of this project is like :- At the Time of Booking -10%, First Installment on Excavation -15%, Second Installment on Start of Rafting -15%, Third Installment on Completion of Basement slab -8%, Fourth installment on 4th Floor roof slab -8%, Fifth installment on completion 8th floor roof slab -8%, Sixth installment on completion of 12th floor roof slab -8%, Seventh installment on completion of 16th Floor roof slab-8%, At the time of Possession -20% .

hi, i guess the area is already quite developed and by the possession time even the connectivity will improve, there are school nearby. An added advantage is that this project has supertech Czar as it neighbour...so investing now can translate to agood house in a good locality in future.

Hi jeet, yes the project us quite close to Pari chowk and even in the soft launch phase the prices have been increased. the starting price for top floor was RS 2090 persqft and it is Rs 2290per sq ft now. So there is demand for this project also the builders have a good track record that works to its benefits. You can get a 3 Bhk on top floor for approx Rs 35 lakhs now

Hi, i heard that the project will be launched next month so can take it as March 2014 and is expected to complete inn 36 months time.. so its expected to be completed by 2017.
