i made some investment in gaur atulyam project last year, the progress is slow but still sufficient to be happy with the project. i am expecting some price hike in coming months as project is moving towards completion and possession to start. but still i feel the progress in this project is not up to the expectations but as all other builders are also struggling at this time so its not so disappointing.

If all incl. rates except service tax and registry is not more than 2400/sq-ft density is not more than 100-110/ acre loading is not more than 27-28% If above parameters actually are true then.....expressway facing upto 7th-8th floor max.....seem pretty interesting to me... I dont have official figures or details......just giving a rough idea on what could be an ideal situation for a buyer.
