I am Arun Garg and Supertech has cheated me by Overcharging at the time of Possession by charging a charge named as Agitation Charges as 186/sqft on New Bookings that too at the time of Possession without any earlier communication.

The Possession has Started and Supertech is Providing Offer of Possession which has a few issues like
Other Charges of Rs186.26 per Sqfeet as Agitation Charges and also the super area has been increased by 25 to 30 % and other issues.

As per supertech it was suppose to be in June 2012 but thereafter no change in the status and it seams that they even don't bother to give possession in another 1 year

infact there is no one from supertech to understand that there imgae is vanishing dispite investing in TV ads due to there negative image in social media
