Dear Mr. Usuf and Mr. Brian ... looking at comment from people who said that they got possession or going to get are completely false, i can understand your concerns as i am also one of the person who has invested the money from last 4 years and now when spoke with builder about returning money he said can not return money now and not ready to give a post dated cheque also.. I will coordinate with both of you on given number.. will find some more people and directly put a case.

Yes, the construction work is going on and the possession date given to me while inquired will be June'2016. But better talk with the builder once and visit the construction site.

As the property rates have not climbed very high in Mira Road, one could even now afford to buy a flat at reasonable rate in Mira Road since the area generally has many middle income group.
Since I came to know that the apartments are located in Beverly Park in Mira Road, there is a slum beside the apartment. Will it pose any nuisance in future as I am looking down to settle in a decent area. Also heard that the area faces severe power cuts and erratic water supply. Do reply to my query???
The slum which was existing has been moved by slum development board sometime back and the place is under redevelopment. As far the power and water is concerned, the locality gets adequate water supply through muncipal water and there is no power cuts as off now.
Yes you can register the flat in your name for now and you can later transfer it to yours sons name in future. I think for that you have to write a will and take an expect legal opinion. As far the registration process and documentations are concerned, it is better to get in touch with a legal solicitor as well as the builder as they will be the right person to help you in this aspect.

Sadiq Bhai, Came to know that due to some legal issues work was put on hold in Geeta Heights for some time. But everything has been sorted out legally and the flats are readily available for possession. Even I too was taken for a ride for a while by the builder who had kept the project under hold for some time.
Yeah Mr Bikram, When I booked a flat in this project 2 years ago, I was given false promises that one will get the possession soon. But heard that due to some legal issues, work had come to a grinding halt. But now everything is OK and they have completed the project and is readily available for possession. Thank God!!! My money is not blocked!!!.
