Ashivita by Mahindra Lifespaces is one of the good properties in the HITEC city locality. It is surrounded by lush green lawns and is in close proximity to many corporate offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, shopping centers, which makes it a very convenient location. The buildup area for their 3 BHK is 1636 sqft which is pretty good in my opinion. It is a gated society with multiple amenities like tennis court, amphitheater, play area, jogging track and festive lawn. Having visited a lot of properties in this locality, I have liked this one the most and I will mostly book a flat in the upcoming week.
My inlaws have booked a flat, there are possession delays which has led to additional tax charges, unresponsive team, lot of hidden costs and issues, as I hear from few other flat owners many are not happy, their present clients have a tough time, CRM is worse I have ever experienced!! There are better developers, if possible stay away from Ashvita. Dont just go by location, rent.

I booked an apartment in this project and I really liked the professional approach of the builder. It is one of the few gated community projects progressing as per schedule. Rental market and future resale prospects are good as it's nearly IT Hubs. Main reason that I chose Mahindra was that I can trust my money with them.
