Q: How will the construction of Metro rail in Hyderabad influence the real estate market in important areas like Miyapur, Falaknuma, Shilparmam, and Nagole?
Hey, these three routes are interconnected. So you can change your line depending on your starting point and your destination. Corridor I meets Corridor II at M.G. bus stand. So if you want to go to Gandhi Hospital from L.B. Nagar, then you can take the Line I from L.B. Nagar till M.G. bus stand and then change over to the Line II and reach Gandhi Hospital. In the same way, Corridor I intersects with Corridor III at Ameerpet and Corridor II intersects with Corridor III at Parade Grounds. Since the commuting issues will be solved to some extent, there will be rush to buy real estate near any of these metro stations, especially stops like Falaknuma, Mettugoda, Miyapur, Nagole, as these are key areas of the city
Hey, there will be three separate lines under the Hyderabad Metro Rail project. Line 1 is going to be almost 30km long and the two final stations on this line will be at Miyapur and L.B. Nagar. Once this line is functional, you will be able to commute easily between Miyapur, JNTU College, Kukatpally, ESI Hospital, Ameerpet, M.G. bus stand, Dilsukh Nagar and L.B. Nagar. Line 2 will be connecting the northern part to the southern part of the city. You can use this line when you have to commute between Falaknuma and Jubilee bus station. It also stops at other stations in between, at Chikkadpalli, Sultan Nagar, M.G. bus stand, Salarjung Museum and Charminar. Line 3 will be connecting Nagole with Shilparamam, with intermediate stops in between, at Mettugoda, Secunderabad, Begumpet, Ameerpet and Madhapur.
Hey, the Hyderabad Metro Rail is currently under construction, but once it is completed and functional, it will play a huge role in transportation within the city. Under phase I of the Hyderabad Metro rail project, Nagole and Shilparamam are supposed to be the two end stations in the metro rail route. It will cover a distance of 27 km between these two stations and will cover several other stops in between, like Mettugoda, Secunderabad, Madhapur and Hitec City as well. Better communication between these areas will definitely help develop the real estate over here.
