The best option prevailing at the moment is a project by Lodha group called Lodha Luxuria having a Bsp of 8451/- , for a limited time period and as you might be aware the rate going around in the area is +10,000/- ,also having state of the art facilities like club house swimming pool and all life improving utilities present around the area like lodha world school and many other educational institutes as well as retail options like R mall at a very close distance . Hi Kishore, Off late Majiwada has experienced a price appreciation of 16%. The present prevailing price is Rs. 10600 per sqft. The locality has good scope for appreciation in near future. With the proposed metro rail linking Mulund till Thane, there are every possibility that prices may become dearer in future.

After Ghodbunder Road in Thane west, Majiwada is the next fastest growing area in this part of the city. I am looking for 1 or 2 BHK unit in Majiwada within a price budget between 70 to 80 lakhs. Also does the locality have reputed schools and good connectivity as I am basically from middle income group.
