I am one of the customer who bought property from laabh group in Kasarvadavli
its been 3 years now, the Builder promised that water connection will be provided however it is still not provided. non of the laabh group associates are helping us.
Do not buy properties from this group especially in Laabh Gloria, kasarvadavli, thane
they will falsely advertise about all the amenities however there is is terrible water crises in kasarvadavli
I am pretty sure the similar kind problems are there at other projects like Laabh enclave, bhiwandi, thane & Laabh Neelkanth, kharkarali, thane
they will sell the properties and show as if they will be with you blah blah blah.
