Hi, Just planning to book a flat in this project. Would like to know when was this project launched and what is the current rate per sqft?? Heard that there is some water problem in the locality?
Hi Deeps, The project was launched 1 year back and the prevailing price is Rs. 8100 per sqft. Right now there is no water shortage or water problem, as the project has sufficient borewater to meet the residence requirements. Though they have muncipal water connection too, provided they have 2 huge borewells to meet the daily requirements.
Hi, Want to know if the rate of the flats include car parking?? Or one has to pay separately for parking charges. Revert me back about this as i am planning to buy a 1 BHK unit in this project.
I think one has to pay separately for car parking which includes 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers. The rate quoted are exclusively for flats only and does not cover basement parking charges. It has to be borne separately by the buyer.
Hi all, The connectivity to the project is excellent by modes of buses and local trains. Thane station is the nearest local station which is approx 5 kms from the project. One can also take the Eastern Expressway Highway to reach the project. Another major landmark near to the project is the presence of Cadbury factory.

Saaga Om Sai has 1 and 2 BHK units. 1 BHK has a total area of 650 sqft and is priced at 65 lakhs including registration and stamp duty charges. 2 BHK have a built up area of 920 sqft and costs Rs. 85 lakh including registration and tax. Amenities include children play area, 24 hrs power backup, swimming pool, security, community hall and recreation center.
Hi Vinay, Heard that work of the project is underway and possession is likely by Jan 2016. Since I too have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project. Visited the project site and saw the work going in full pace.
