Hi Abhi, As far i know about the locality, it is a good decent locality to stay in Vartak Nagar. Since most of the population belong to middle income group it is a good locality to live. Moreover the locality is well connected by adequate buses that ply via Vartak Nagar to important destinations in Thane as well as to Mumbai. Thane station is just 6 kms and one can come across many good schools, banks, major medical centers and shopping malls within a radius of approx 3 kms from the project site.
Hi Vineet, Came to know from source that the area of 975 sqft is the total built up area. Actually you will get only 725 sqft as carpet area. This specification is available for 2 BHK's only. Bookings are open for this project.
Hi Sunil, You had mentioned that the 2 BHK has a total area of 975 sqft. Is this the super built up area or the carpet area?? Do let me know about this as I may book a flat in this project very soon.
Can somebody let me know what are the units available in this project and the cost? What is the rate they are quoting per sqft? Which are the banks have approved for loans for this project?? Do kindly specify??
Hi Suresh!!!! Warm greetings of the day. Shiv Sahyadri has 2 BHK units having a total area of 975 sqft to 1225 sqft and is priced at Rs. 85 lakhs which includes registration and taxes. Many leading nationalised and private banks like LIC Housing Finance, HDFC, ICICI, India Bulls and IDBI have loan approval for this project.
Hi Praveen, Came to know that the project is still not being launched and construction work on the project will take off in 4 months time. The possession is likely by mid 2016.
