Has anyone booked villa there and what rate . I am also planning to buy but saw some negative feedback also so not able to decide. Plan looks to be good so better option that flat provided good rate.

This project is located in tellapur,the location is very closed to the IT Hub,its fast growing area in Hyderabad,
for this project we have got Huda approvals as well as bank approvals also,this project is funding sbi.

Tellapur is very well located place at Hyderabad. It is located near by areas like Kokapet, Usman Nagar, Narsingi these all areas are very nearest areas to IT based offices.

@Balwinder: The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,800. Tellapur is a very high end society and having peaceful atmosphere and very nearer to Outer Ring Road and very near IT Hub with high end amenities. Lot of greenery and it is having own lawn.

This is a very good locality in this area. 7 Km from wipro junction, Q City Polaris Road from Ligampally railway station 4 km, to outer ring road. Whole lay out is approved by HMDA, It is huda layout. It is totally residential zone.
