Besides share autos, cabs, taxis and buses form the local mode of transport.
Pratik Sundar Aangan has 1 and 2 BHK units. The area for 1 BHK is approx 650 sqft to 730 sqft and the cost comes to around Rs. 37 lakh onwards. 2 BHK have a total area of 950 sqft and they are quoting Rs. 57 lakhs for the same. Since your budget is within 45 lakhs, you can look for 1 BHK which comes within your expected budget. If you can invest some more funds and pool resources, then you can opt for 2 BHK where you can enjoy a bigger area space.
Since I am very much interested in booking a 1 BHK flat in this project, will somebody let me know what is the present price they are charging per sqft and what about the amenities provided??? How about the infrastructure facilities?? Is it good.

In fact came to know that work is going for 3rd block when I visited the site some months back as I have booked a 2 BHK flat in this project. They have already completed the Phase 1 and Phase 2 project which are ready for occupation. Work for Phase 3 is in full swing and is likely to get completed by June 2015.
Since more than one and half no progress in construction of C wing observed.no proper answer from builder. Moreover one bedroom towards D wing not been made eventhough all are 2 bedroom flats in C-wing.reasons unknown. As per agreement we r supposed to get possession MAY2013.This is information to all.
