Hello,

If the budget is 40 lakhs for a 3 BHK ,then it will be available
only in small projects.In whitefield and Kadugudi the cauvery
connection is yet to come in all places. But most of the builders are
giving provision for cauvery connection along with borewell facility.

I know a project which has just started near kadugudi, just 4 kms from whitefield hopefarm junction
where you can get 2BHK & 3BHK at a affordable price.

It is expected to complete by end of 2015 .

Hello Swati, In this budget you will get only 2 bhk apartments in this project. The project is expected to get completed by end of this year. For the time being cauvery water connection is not available but bore-wells are there.

One of my friend is looking for an apartment in Whitefield and his budget is around 40 lakhs. Please let me know if flats are there in this project that suits the budget. What is the possession date of the project and is there cauvery water available in this project?

Its me Himanshu from Garuda Estilo Homes. She may get 2 bhhk flat in Garuda Estilo Homes. we are handing over the possession from June-2015 on-wards. we are giving provision for Cauvery Water.

As far as i know the project has been approved by BBMP and banks like Axis, HDFC, LIC, SBI.
