I heard about Accurate Wind Chimes. I am totally happy with the services of accurate wind chimes that many things that they are providing flats very affordable prices in Hyderabad. One of my friend booked a flat with accurate wind Chimes and he given me the reference. The location is really good and also the construction material they are using is excellent, the location had high security and interior design of flat is superb. It is also closed to schools, colleges, restaurants and entertainment zone.

All major banks have their branches and retail outlets like Spencers, Reliance Fresh,In-orbit Mall are just 4 km away, Apollo Clinic Kondapur is about the same distance while Apollo Hospitals is about 12 km.
Seeing these civic amenities i can say that the locality is right for the end use.

This project is sill in construction phase and the construction work in full pace. The current price is Rs. 4200/sq-ft whereas the residential property price trend in the locality is 4150/sq-ft.

@Vivek: The expected completion date will be by dec 2016. This project is located on near Wipro Junction, Gachibowli. Gachibowli is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
