Ha...ha...ha, no not at all,
I am living with my parents in Behala Choumatha.
This project has various amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Gymnasium, Indoor Games etc. This project is under construction phase. The expected possession date is around dec 2015. Almost all the banks like HDFC, ICICI, SBI, LIC & financial institutions are providing loans.

2/3BHK are available now. All the flats ranging 1174 sq.ft in 3BHK has been sold out and few flats in 1274 sq.ft is available for sale. The size for 2bhk is 867 - 967 sq ft and the price would be around 23.40-26 lakhs. For 3bhk the size is 1174 - 1274 and price would be around 34.40 lakhs @ Rs. 2700/sq.ft.

As per my knowledge is concern i didn't heard any negative review about the project. If you are planning to buy, i think you should go ahead.
