What is the current status of the project? When is the expected date of possession? And which all bankers are providing loan?

Well,
This project is still in under construction and it is expect that the possession date would be 2015 end. Almost all Banks & financial institutions are providing loan against the property.

Project has various amenities like swimming pool, Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, 24Hr Backup, jogging track, Security, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, children park, community hall,water treatment plant etc.
This project is under construction phase and there are 192 units is going to construct under it.

Prices are still very affordable in places like Manikpur, Ramchandrapur and Baruipur. The area has already seen very massive appreciation in last 5 yrs. Major hospitals of Kolkata are all in the vicinity, like Peerless Hospital, RIITCS, Medica Speciality Hospital, Medica ENT hospitals, Vision Care, Fortis and Ruby. Kolkata's most of the international schools like B.D. Memorial, Indus Valley International School and DPS Ruby Park are all close by. Markets and Malls are within reach and Kolkata has seen the maximum appreciation in the area.

Hi all, This project is availabl in 2/3BHK now. The size for 2BHK is 867 - 967 sq.ft and the price would be around 23.40-26 lakhs. For 3BHK the size is 1174 - 1274 and price would be around 34.40 lakhs @ Rs. 2700/sq.ft. All the flats ranging 1174 sq.ft in 3BHK has been sold out and few flats in 1274 sq.ft is available for sale.
