Are the builder floors being sold every where in Delhi are authorized and safe for investment?

Q: I am searching a property in Delhi, but my budget is less. should I invest in Builder Floors?

Hi, if you are looking for investment and with less amount of money..builder floors are a good option. as maintenance fee and other nick nacks of a co operative society /society will not be there..but then you might miss out on the feel good factor and the security n parking areas... many builder floor residents face such problems..

Yea, true Giri... especially in the big city where security and parkings are big issues.. i think that one should give a due weight-age to these factors and then invest

hello Milind, my advice is that you can look for resale property by known builders.. if nothing in budget only then gofor builder floors bu check credentials.....

hi Milind, as per my talks with real estate agents, i gather that bulider floors are authorised and you can invest safely....but you need to be careful..do athorough study of builders and area before investing...
