Are the builder floors being sold every where in Delhi are authorized and safe for investment?
Q: I am searching a property in Delhi, but my budget is less. should I invest in Builder Floors?

Latest Answer: Hi, if you are looking for investment and with less amount of money..builder floors are a good option. as maintenance fee and other nick nacks of a co operative society /society will not be there..but then you might miss out on the feel good factor and the security n parking areas... many builder floor residents face such problems..
