Mr Mathur, the project is good and the connectivity is also very good with 2 way connectivity from dwarka and NH8, its on the mtero corridor with a 60 m wide entry road. IGI and Dwarka are just 5 mins off......
Hi Mr Mathur, Even i was looking for some projects there and was speaking to a couple of brokers. they were of the opinion that this builder has manged to create quite a goodwill in the market. and their pricing is also good. Golf avenue is to my liking and i plan to book a 3 BHK here....
hi... i have been offerd a 1546 Sqft 3 BHK for a base price range of Rs 4800-5000. So this will cost me near 85 Lakhs with car parking and other charges....
hey, they also have other flat sizes like a 2 Bhk of 1183 sqft, 4 bhk of 3016 sqft and a variety of 3 BHks in 1511,1633,1657,1940 sqfts as well. well i will surely recommend this place as it will be surrounded in greenery and is comfortably located..
