Thanks All, very detailed and all positive feedback. I am looking at a 4BHK option and came across someone offering it for 1.44 cr.....which is below the launch price...if I am not wrong! Is there anything negative that has come up lately...or just the slump in real estate market across the board in NCR over the last few months? Pls. share your views.

As per my knowledge, this project has 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment , area ranging from 1183 sq-ft to 3127 sq-ft. This project has 60% open space, 8 towers & 15 floors. Builder quoted price is around 6700/sq-ft. Expected possession of this project is around September 2015.
