Hey guys Sriperumbudur is a very good locality in Chennai City. It is safety, cleanliness, roads and good connectivity in this area. It is nearby public, parking, schools, market, hospital and restaurants and all for 5 Stars hotels.

Can you tell me which all units are available ?? Please share the price details as well ?

@Himani: The units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk will be around Rs 28 lakhs onwards for 650 - 770 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 42 lakhs for 900 - 1150 sq ft, 3bhk would be Rs 60 lakhs for 1302 - 1618 sq ft.

Which all banks have approval for home loans in this project ? What is the current price per sq ft ?

@Himani: Banks such as HDFC, Citibank, ICICI, Leading Housing Finance have approvals for home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,600.

Hello Srinivas, The project is located on Sriperumbudur. Sriperumbudur is nice locality. Near to schools, hospitals & ATM. 5 minutes drive from proposed Greenfield International Airport, surrounded by well developed residential area, proposed TNHB Township development near the layout and bus stand at close proximity.

It is one of the developing automobile hubs in the world with more international company. Upcoming green field airport is the new government project.
