Porur is a very prime location in Chennai. All the facilities like school, mall, market, medical college, bank and ATM are available in this locality. Transport facility is also good in this location.

Hey Sujan, units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 1bhk will be Rs 36 lakhs onwards for 679 - 686 sq.ft, for 2bhk it would be around Rs 68 lakhs for 997 - 1298 sq.ft, for 3bhk it would be 99 lakhs for 1497 - 1888 sq.ft .

Porur is a good locality in this area. Surround by schools, shops. Very near Porur Junction. Near to hospitals and DLF Commercial setup. Good approach road. Clean air over-head water tank with metro water supply station is very near.
