Ambarnath is a good locality and has prospects of growth when it comes to real estate. However, buying or deciding on a location where to put in your money depends on what is the purpose of buying. Is it for enduse or for investment purpose. Also budget play a major role. If you have decided these two, your half job has done, Kindly mentioned your budget and and the project name so that i can give you the exact idea.

Hey gargi,
Ambernath is an industrial town. The location has well developed infrastructure excellent connectivity and good social amenities. Its in close proximity to Kalyan, Dombivli and Badlapur in Thane. It has quite a few commercial establishments, banks, educational institutions, private firms, banks, hospitals and recreation centers. It was also considered as an alternate location for the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Came to know that price starts from 25 lakh onwards for 1 BHK having an area of approx 700 sqft onwards. 2 BHK come with an area of 850 sqft and are priced at Rs. 31 lakhs onwards. The area for 3 BHK comes around 1100 sqft and price starts from Rs. 40 lakh onwards.

You heard it right!!!. I also got to know that these flats have huge terraces having additional area which comes to about 1440 sqft and are priced at Rs. 45 lakh onwards. The amenities are world class specifications which include club house, swimming pool, yoga & meditation center, multi gym, jogging track, Spa, Jacuzzi,Sauna, & Steam Bath, acupressure park, aerobics center. Yeah!!! Heard that a truly integrated township. Mohan Suburbia has a hospital, a school, a vegetable market, a clubhouse that stretched across 1.5 acres of the property and is paved with wide internal roads. The flats consists of 1,2, and 3 BHK units.

Hi Anand,

Got in touch with the company executive and came to know that possession date for the Phase I is by March 2014 and the flats are almost nearing completion. Work has just being started for Phase 2 and completion will be around March 2015.

Hmmm, thanks for the latest updates given Mr. Ashish. In fact Mohan Suburbia is an integrated township located in Ambernath west close to Ambernath station. This mega township is surrounded by lush green hills spread across 35 acres. Mohan Suburbia is made up of 14 Bungalows and 57 residential buildings, each standing 7 floors tall housing 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes.
