Q: I have booked a flat in skicity, which is built by skicon infrastructure pvt. ltd. this is a composite SRA building. it consists of 22 floors. I have booked flat in 2009 and almost paid 85 percent of the amount. till 11 floors the flats are occupied by SRA residence. above that there are private flats which have still not been constructed. builder is just taking his own time. He has already taken money from people who have booked flat from 12th floor and above and keeping quite. Can any body help me to know the status of the builder and also the building.

All the flat owners of this project have got their flat possession but still few flats above 12th floor are available for new as well as in resale.

Q: I booked flat in Vihang Valley ph 3 , in 2011 but still work is not progressed as promised at all. I would liike to creat group of owners in that building so that we can go to consumer court and somewhere.

I have shortlisted a few projects at both location and in GB road I can buy a 1 bhk in that budget whereas with same budget I can buy a 2 bhk in shil phata. The question is where I should invest to get better returns..GB road thane or shil phata.
