Gachibowli is a very prime location in Hyderabad. It is a very calm residential locality. Vegetable markets, shops, hotel, hospitals, banks, super markets are available in this locality.

@Vivek: The project is located in Gachibowli. Gachibowli is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality. The completion is by dec 2015.

@Vivek: The project is not yet launched. They are planning to launch at march 2014. The amenities such as Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Badminton Court, Gymnasium, indoor Games etc

Hey Pravallika, the price for 4bhk will be around Rs 3.07 cr - 4.50 cr for 4100 - 6000 sq ft. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 7,500.

Also they have close schools. It is an excellent locality. It is home to a number of MNCs, IT companies, healthcare, hospitality, and banking institutions like Microsoft, Wipro, Infosys, Hyatt, Continental Hospitals, ICICI, etc. It has an easy access to the Outer Ring Road that provides a traffic-free commute to the International Airport. It is within 5 km of the Oakridge International School and Delhi Public School.
